CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do a scheduled maintenance of our WebApp in our Miami datacenter. The actual maintenance took no longer than 60 minutes in total. During this time the Webapp was not accessible for about 15 minutes.
All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s devops staff.
There was no impact on already existing customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance there was some downtime of the WebApp that is calculated for not more than 15 min.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
